Customer satisfaction surveys take place each year to ask for feedback on a range of issues include the means of communication used to keep clients informed about the organisation’s vision, mission and projects. During a survey of business banking customers in most of the bank’s branches initiated in 2013, 66% of respondents agree, or strongly agreed that the process met their expectations in a positive way. 11% disagreed.
