Corporate finance and financial results

Corporate Finance

The UK based Corporate Finance team provides advisory and equity capital raising services for UK and international clients. In 2012, the team’s activities were transferred to Triodos Bank’s UK branch, allowing for Triodos Investment Management to focus on its core, fund management activity.

Financial results

Assets under management increased by 7% to EUR 2.2 billion, in 2012. Income increased by 5.5% to EUR 23.2 million (2011: EUR 22,0 million) because of increased assets under management.

Expenses in 2012 increased by 5.9% to EUR 17.2 million (2011: EUR 16.2 million), primarily because of an increase in direct and indirect co-worker costs.

Profit, after tax, was EUR 4.5 million, up by 4.1% compared with 2011.

Triodos Investment Management’s balance sheet consists mostly of cash, short term debtors on managed entities and short term liabilities to Triodos Bank.
