Triodos Bank Spain launched a mobile App service that focused on responsible consumption (Consumo Responsable Triodos) that was downloaded over 10,000 times during the year. The App connects personal banking customers with sustainable businesses that work with Triodos Bank, and includes a map to locate ATMs where customers can make a withdrawal for free with their Triodos Bank credit or debit card.
Triodos Bank in The Netherlands completed the first edition of the Hoofd-Hart Impuls (Head-Heart Impulse): a programme designed for, and with, entrepreneurs that are financed by Triodos Bank. The five day programme take place over a period of a year with a group of 15 participants hosted at special locations provided by sustainable entrepreneurs. Participating entrepreneurs share ideas, inspiration and concrete challenges with the objective of strengthening their business plan and working on their personal development. Triodos Bank’s director business relations is also an active participant in the programme.
